Just claimed my adsense payout thru Western Union Quick Cash and all I can say is its a pain in the a$$. I have moved from one Western Union payment center to another because they are not accepting my Identification cards. One tip when claiming your adsense payment thru Western Union is not to mention quick cash because they will say its not offered, just tell them you are to recieve your money with an MTCN number.
You can change your current payment options via My Account tab then clicking on Account Settings.
Go to the payment details Section and click Edit.
Change it to Setup Western Union Quick Cash.
You must change it before the 15th of the month to be able to receive your payment on the next payout schedule, Otherwise the changes will be implemented on the next payment schedule.
When the Google starts processing your earnings (its usually on the 24th or the 26th day of the month) a payment in progress is reflected on your payments summary page. After that, your earnings will be avilable the next day. The text is then changed to 'Payment issued'. Click on the link and copy or print the details. Its in this format:
Payment Type: Western Union Quick Cash
Payment Date: Nov 26, 2007
Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) 000xxxxxxx
Payment Amount: USD $x,xxx.xx
Your payment is available for pick-up the day after the payment date above
Remember to bring the following when you pick up your payment at a local Western Union agent:
The amount of your payment
The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for this payment
Your government issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, National ID, etc)
Sender's information:

Secure a photocopy of your ID, and it must be goverment issued otherwise you won't be able to get your money. Choose a Western Union outlet nearest to you, do not try it at the pawnshops with a Western Union banner because will ask you to provide lots of ID, and even NBI clearance. you can search for a Western Union outlet via their website. After moving from one agent to another, I finally got my earnings at

When i arrived it was already 5:30pm it was there closing time, but thanks to the guard for letting me in. just get the yellow form, if the teller asks you for your business, just tell them you have an MTCN and you wish to receive a payment. Absolutely there are no fees. Unlike to that this blogger has said, which is completely false. I don't know where he got that data, i have received more than $1000+ and they never asked for a processing fee whatsoever. Just tell the teller that you would like to get your earning in dollars. I instructed the teller to get the 100 bills in dollar and the rest in pesos. Or if you would like to get your earnings in pesos, you have the option.
Currently, Western Union Quick Cash option is available only on the following countries: China (Mainland), Malaysia, Pakistan, Romania, Philippines, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia
I would recommend it over the usual option cause its fast and economical. That is if you have a government issued ID.
